The EM Operations Monitor is responsible for learning new tasks, remembering processes, maintaining focus, and completing tasks independently. This role requires making timely decisions within workflows and meeting speed and/or productivity quotas. The position involves implementing Agency and program policies and procedures, securing facility keys, and documenting shift start and end times, as well as reviewing and communicating relevant documentation and activities. The role also includes reading staff meeting minutes, checking perimeter doors for security, documenting unusual activity, and communicating emergency situations to appropriate personnel. Maintaining accurate client whereabouts and notifying relevant parties of unauthorized activities are also key functions.
