The EM Operations Monitor is responsible for learning new tasks, remembering processes, maintaining focus, and completing tasks independently. This role involves making timely decisions within workflows and meeting speed and/or productivity quotas. The position requires effective implementation of Agency and program policies and procedures, securing facility keys, and documenting shift start and end times via zoom chat. The monitor must review and document completion of prior staff documentation, staff meeting minutes, and ensure all program activities, emergency situations, and unusual incidents are communicated to the next shift. Additionally, the role includes checking and securing perimeter doors, arming alarms, and recording these checks on the shift report. Documentation of unusual activity, vandalism, maintenance issues, injuries, and medical concerns is required, along with timely notification to supervisors and emergency personnel. The position also involves maintaining accurate client whereabouts, calling clients for verification, and notifying appropriate agencies of unauthorized client activities.
