Requirements
- Currently an ESS I or higher
- At least 18 months of hands-on eligibility experience processing public assistance programs - including Temporary Cash Assistance, Food Assistance, Medicaid, and Refugee Assistance
Nice To Haves
- Strong knowledge of Food Assistance and Medicaid policy and procedures
Responsibilities
- Providing technical assistance and in-unit training
- Supporting supervisors with daily operations
- Reviewing cases and giving feedback to improve accuracy
- Mentoring staff and helping address identified training needs
- Assisting with client concerns and fair hearing reviews
- Processing complex or error-prone cases
- Participating in workgroups, committees, and special projects
