About The Position

The Elevator Worker is a full-time, hourly position based in Creve Coeur, Illinois, on the second shift. The role supports grain-handling operations through truck loading and unloading, barge deckhand duties, operation of powered industrial equipment, and general facility upkeep and maintenance. The successful candidate is expected to prioritize workplace safety, maintain reliable attendance, and work independently or as part of a team. Overtime and weekend work may be required. A background check is required.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Regular and prompt attendance; exceptional attendance is required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged standing and sitting; working in confined spaces and at heights; bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs and ladders; working in heat, cold, dust, and other conditions; and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently while also being flexible enough to work with a team when needed.
• Professional image and positive, respectful attitude at all times.
• Successful completion of a background check.
