About The Position
We are seeking a Board Certified Electrophysiologist for a Locum Tenens position in Petoskey, Michigan. This role involves providing outpatient electrophysiology clinic services, seeing approximately 20 patients per day, and performing electrophysiology procedures in the cath lab two days per week. The coverage period is from June 15, 2026, and ongoing. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The position requires a local provider within commuting distance and availability for at least one week per month. The facility utilizes the Cerner EMR system, and support is available from an APP for clinic support.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Electrophysiology
- Active MI license
- Active DEA certification
- COVID-19 Vaccination required
- Local provider within commuting distance
- Availability for at least 1 week per month
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient electrophysiology clinic services (approximately 20 patients per day)
- Perform electrophysiology procedures in the cath lab (2 EP lab days per week)
- Collaborate with APP and clinical support staff
- Utilize Cerner EHR for patient documentation
- Maintain availability for 1 week per month minimum (Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
