About The Position

R&R Solutions is seeking a full-time Electronics Repair & Refurbishment Technician in Gravette, Arkansas. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and tests a range of hardware and software solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role includes following customer warranty contracts and internal repair procedures, maintaining accurate inventory and repair records, complying with electrostatic discharge safety requirements, communicating equipment needs to a supervisor, and assisting with moving and handling goods. The position requires standing for extended periods and lifting and carrying packages weighing up to 50 pounds. The work environment may be warm, cool, or noisy. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Ability to use inventory software, databases, and systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills for working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Adaptability to varied conditions, including warm, cool, or noisy environments.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair computer-related hardware, including servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and point-of-sale systems.
Perform warranty and internal repairs in accordance with customer contracts and maintain equipment according to established agreements.
Maintain accurate inventory and repair records using inventory software and databases.
Follow electrostatic discharge (ESD) safety requirements.
Communicate equipment needs clearly to the supervisor.
Assist with moving, sorting, and loading or unloading goods weighing up to 50 pounds.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Carry out other duties as assigned.
