About The Position

R&R Solutions is seeking a full-time Electronics Repair & Refurbishment Technician in Gravette, Arkansas. The technician diagnoses, repairs, and tests a range of hardware and software solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role includes repairing computer-related equipment, performing warranty and maintenance work according to customer agreements, maintaining inventory and repair records, following ESD safety requirements, and helping with equipment and goods handling. The position requires passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
Ability to use inventory software, databases, and systems.
Strong organizational and time-management skills for working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Physical endurance to stand for long periods.
Ability to work in varied conditions, including warm, cool, or noisy environments.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair computer-related hardware, including servers, desktops, cash registers, laptops, tablets, and POS systems.
Perform warranty and internal repairs according to customer contracts and maintain equipment in accordance with applicable agreements.
Maintain accurate inventory and repair records using inventory software and databases.
Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety requirements.
Communicate equipment needs to the Supervisor.
Assist with moving, sorting, and loading or unloading goods weighing up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and perform other assigned duties.
