About The Position

AirPro Diagnostics is seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to support production and assembly operations. The role assembles electronic components, performs soldering tasks, and ensures product quality meets company and customer standards. The position supports innovative automotive diagnostic and calibration products in a collaborative, production-focused environment with growth potential and consistent workflow.

Requirements

1–3+ years of electronics assembly and soldering experience.
Proficiency in hand soldering; IPC standards preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic understanding of electronic components and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification.
Experience with SMT and through-hole assembly.
Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures.
Experience in automotive, diagnostics, or related electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and finished products.
Hand-solder through-hole and surface-mount components according to work instructions.
Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs).
Inspect work for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshoot and rework assemblies as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation following 5S principles.
Support production schedules and meet daily output targets.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams on process improvements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required to support business operations and organizational objectives, consistent with the position's scope, the employee's skills and qualifications, and applicable company policies.
