About The Position

REXA, Inc. is hiring Electronics Assemblers for its brand-new manufacturing facility in Middleborough, Massachusetts. This hands-on manufacturing role involves assembling and testing high-performance hydraulic and mechanical systems used in real-world applications. The position is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, using tools, building equipment, reading electrical drawings, and contributing to a growing team. The position pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience. It requires standing for most of the workday and performing tasks involving walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees are exposed to electricity 100% of the time when testing.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of experience working with electronics is preferred; equivalent education, technical training, or hands-on experience will be considered.
General knowledge of computers and office software.
Ability to perceive color differences.
Ability to read and understand electronic drawings.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments, hand tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for most of the workday and perform tasks involving walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Exposure to electricity 100% of the time when testing.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic subassemblies and parts orders using blueprints and 3D drawings.
Troubleshoot assemblies and perform bench testing.
Prepare assemblies for shipping.
Assist with inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
