Requirements

IPC J-STD-001 solder certification.
2-5 years of hands-on experience in electronics assembly.
Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams.
Strong micro-soldering and PCB repair skills.
Ability to follow detailed assembly and work instructions.
Flexible to work various shifts as required.

Nice To Haves

Additional experience with component-level troubleshooting.
Familiarity with prototype assembly and testing practices.

Responsibilities

Assemble and modify electronic and mechanical components including modules, boards, panels, frames, and cables.
Interpret diagrams, schematics, and drawings for accurate component placement and layout.
Perform continuity checks and quality inspections on in-process and completed assemblies.
Disassemble, rework, and reassemble prototype and experimental assemblies based on specifications.
Conduct component replacement and repair of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using industry-standard methods.
Utilize hand and power tools, jigs, and saws to support production requirements.
