Join our technical team supporting the testing, troubleshooting, repair, and production acceptance of advanced aviation electronics, navigation aids (NAVAIDS), surveillance radios, and other high-reliability electronic systems. The Electronic Test Technician uses sophisticated electronic test equipment to evaluate digital, analog, and RF circuits from the component level through complete systems. This position is responsible for identifying failures, determining root cause, performing component-level repairs and rework, and verifying that repaired products meet established production and customer acceptance criteria. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for someone with experience in RF electronics, avionics, electronics test, troubleshooting, or component-level repair who enjoys solving complex technical problems in a fast-paced production environment. Our production environment operates across multiple shifts, and candidates with open availability to work any assigned shift are strongly preferred. The ability to support different shifts, overtime, or schedule adjustments based on production and program needs is highly valued.
