About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to enable our members to achieve their financial dreams, as well as provide outstanding service to both Credit Union members and team members. Assist members with their financial transactions, problem resolution, and account maintenance with the utmost care.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills required, bilingual conversationalist a plus.
Detail oriented with an ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and meeting multiple deadlines.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft (MS Office) environment and multiple job-related software programs.
A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic is required.
Team player with a courteous attitude and ability to provide conflict resolutions.
Possesses professional maturity with a pleasant and patient phone etiquette.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous banking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Process Daily ACH, loan payment, credit and debit card disputes, Chex System requests, wires, and other transactions accurately.
Assist members with all products and services, primarily but not limited to ATM, issuing debit and credit cards, funds transfers, online/mobile banking, online payments, ACH disputes, card alerts, home banking, remote deposits, opening and closing of accounts and CDs.
Issue all approved credit card applications, credit limit, and rate changes.
Assist Call Center with call overflow.
