About The Position

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) owns the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of assigned projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation through closing. The role oversees and performs project management functions for Broadcast projects, budgets, and scopes, serving as the primary point of responsibility and client interface. The SPM coordinates project activities, communicates with stakeholders, manages schedules and deliverables, monitors budgets and project financials, and works to complete projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of customer satisfaction. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of established processes and builds long-term client relationships by managing expectations, communications, and satisfaction. Projects involve complex and changing variables across discovery, analysis, conceptual design, and delivery, with multiple stakeholders and differing expectations. The SPM balances schedule, budget, scope, quality, and client satisfaction, and facilitates decisions with stakeholders. The position may also manage design/build projects for the Media business unit when not managing consulting projects. The position involves normal office conditions and use of computers and related peripherals. Some travel by car and occasional air travel is expected for in-person client meetings; approximately 10% remote travel is not unusual. Employees must have a valid driver’s license in their state of residence and use their own vehicle for business travel, with mileage reimbursed at the current corporate rate. During client site visits, the SPM is responsible for promoting safe conduct and compliance with site visit requirements, including use of required PPE, hazard management, incident reporting and investigations, site safety walk-throughs, and preparation of safety paperwork as needed.
