About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Electronic Monitoring Security, Privacy and QA Lead for an upcoming project opportunity: Electronic Monitoring Services. This role involves owning privacy controls, evidence handling, security review, service-level testing, incident evidence, and acceptance reporting. The lead will prepare compliance, inspection, test, or assurance plans, review applicable controls and results against the solicitation, and record defects and corrective actions. They will verify corrective actions, submit acceptance recommendations with evidence, and trace assigned work to the RFP scope. The role requires reviewing solicitation materials, preparing technical inputs and work products, coordinating with various workstreams, and maintaining status and evidence records.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience performing Electronic Monitoring Security, Privacy and QA Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
  • Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
  • Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the Electronic Monitoring Security, Privacy and QA Lead scope for Electronic Monitoring Services.
  • Own privacy controls, evidence handling, security review, service-level testing, incident evidence, and acceptance reporting.
  • Prepare the role-specific compliance, inspection, test, or assurance plan with checkpoints, sampling, evidence, and pass/fail criteria.
  • Review the applicable controls, submittals, configurations, records, and field or system results against the solicitation and approved baseline.
  • Record defects, exceptions, severity, ownership, corrective actions, and due dates in a traceable findings register.
  • Verify corrective actions through retest or reinspection and submit the signed acceptance recommendation with the complete evidence package.
  • Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
  • Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
  • Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
  • Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
  • Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
