About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an IT Security, QA and Training Lead for an upcoming project opportunity: IT Sourcing Event Template. This role involves owning security and privacy controls, test strategy, UAT, release readiness, role-based training, and operational handoff. The lead will also be responsible for completing audience and competency assessments, developing curriculum maps and training materials, delivering or coordinating learning sessions, analyzing evaluations, and tracing assigned work to the RFP scope. Additionally, the role requires reviewing solicitation materials, documenting assumptions and risks, preparing technical inputs, coordinating with various workstreams, and maintaining status and issue records.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience performing IT Security, QA and Training Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
  • Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
  • Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

  • Own security and privacy controls, test strategy, UAT, release readiness, role-based training, and operational handoff.
  • Complete the audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessment.
  • Develop the curriculum map, facilitator guide, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedule.
  • Deliver or coordinate the learning sessions; maintain attendance, issues, participant support, and completion records.
  • Analyze evaluations and performance evidence, implement corrections, and submit the final training package and outcomes report.
  • Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
  • Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
  • Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
  • Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
  • Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
