About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a CAD QA, UAT and Training Lead for an upcoming project opportunity: Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System Replacement Project. This role involves developing scenario-based testing, dispatcher and responder UAT, defect controls, training, go-live readiness, and acceptance evidence. The lead will also be responsible for completing audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessments, developing curriculum maps, facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedules. Additionally, the role includes delivering or coordinating learning sessions, maintaining records, analyzing evaluations, implementing corrections, and submitting final training packages and outcomes reports. The lead will trace assigned work to RFP scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria, milestones, and evidence. They will also review solicitation materials, document assumptions, risks, and client decisions, prepare technical inputs and work products, coordinate with various workstreams, and maintain status and issue records.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing CAD QA, UAT and Training Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Execute the CAD QA, UAT and Training Lead scope for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System Replacement Project.
Develop scenario-based testing, dispatcher and responder UAT, defect controls, training, go-live readiness, and acceptance evidence.
Complete the audience, competency, delivery-channel, accessibility, and learning-objective assessment.
Develop the curriculum map, facilitator guide, participant materials, exercises, and delivery schedule.
Deliver or coordinate the learning sessions; maintain attendance, issues, participant support, and completion records.
Analyze evaluations and performance evidence, implement corrections, and submit the final training package and outcomes report.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
