About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Application Training and Support Lead for an upcoming project opportunity: RFP 2027-002 Fleet Management Software. This role involves preparing administrator and user training, support procedures, knowledge materials, adoption measures, and post-launch stabilization. The consultant will review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements. They will coordinate with FuntoNetwork on their assigned consultant role and related technical work, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and support quality control, status updates, and readiness for their assigned portion of the work.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
