About The Position
FuntoNetwork is seeking an Electronic Monitoring Solution Architect for an upcoming project opportunity: Electronic Monitoring Services. This role involves designing the architecture for a comprehensive monitoring platform, including devices, communications, alerting, case management, reporting, and resilience. The architect will be responsible for tracing assigned work to the RFP scope, requirements, and deliverables, as well as reviewing solicitation materials, documenting assumptions, risks, and exclusions. The role also requires preparing technical inputs, work products, estimates, and implementation details, coordinating with various project workstreams, and maintaining status and issue records.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience performing Electronic Monitoring Solution Architect responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
Responsibilities
- Design the monitoring platform, device, communications, alerting, case-management, reporting, and resilience architecture.
- Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
- Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
- Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
- Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
- Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
