About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Public Safety Workforce Solution Architect for an upcoming project opportunity with the New York City Police Department (NYPD). The project, identified as 05626P0001 - Paid Detail Application and Software Platform, requires an existing, scalable electronic platform and application for scheduling Paid Detail assignments, as well as supporting assignment, billing, and reporting workflows. The role involves defining the target architecture for secure Paid Detail scheduling, assignment, billing, reporting, and mobile access.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture for secure Paid Detail scheduling, assignment, billing, reporting, and mobile access.
• Design application, service, data, integration, identity, mobile, reporting, audit, and support components for the proposed platform.
• Map resilience, scalability, availability, privacy, role-based access, logging, and operational-support controls to public-safety use cases.
• Document configuration boundaries, nonfunctional requirements, technical assumptions, environments, and implementation sequencing.
• Review the role scope, project background, supporting materials, deadline, and client requirements that relate to your assigned work.
• Provide only the role-specific materials requested by FuntoNetwork, such as your resume, cover letter, work samples, technical notes, estimates, or availability.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork on your assigned consultant role and related technical work only.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and readiness for your assigned portion of the work.
