About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking an Electronic Monitoring Field Installation and Support Specialist for an upcoming project opportunity: Electronic Monitoring Services. This role involves executing the full scope of electronic monitoring field installation and support, including configuration, installation, testing, troubleshooting, replacement, and documentation of monitoring devices and related field-service activities. The specialist will also be responsible for site readiness, mobilization, access, safety coordination, material and equipment management, and outage coordination. A key aspect of the role is to execute and document assigned installation, construction, maintenance, shipping, receiving, or field-service activities according to approved requirements, while maintaining detailed records of production, labor, materials, custody, safety, inspections, issues, and changes. The specialist will also complete testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training, demonstrations, and client acceptance. Tracing assigned work to the RFP scope, requirements, deliverables, dependencies, acceptance criteria, schedule milestones, and supporting evidence is crucial. Additionally, the role requires reviewing official solicitation materials, documenting assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and client decisions, and preparing role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordination with various workstreams such as project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations is essential. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalating blockers proactively are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing Electronic Monitoring Field Installation and Support Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Configure, install, test, troubleshoot, replace, and document monitoring devices and field-service activities.
Complete site or receiving readiness, mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, material, equipment, and outage coordination.
Execute and document assigned installation, construction, maintenance, shipping, receiving, or field-service activities to the approved requirements.
Maintain daily production, labor, material, custody, safety, inspection, issue, and change records; coordinate required corrective work.
Complete testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training or demonstrations, and client acceptance.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
