About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Boiler Installation and Construction Supervisor for upcoming project opportunity: 179-2627-740-BOIL_REP_NMS_SHS. This role involves executing the full scope of a Boiler Installation and Construction Supervisor, including coordinating shutdowns, demolition, installation, trades, school-site logistics, schedule, startup, and field records. The supervisor will ensure site readiness, manage mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, materials, and equipment. They will execute and document installation and construction activities, maintain daily production and safety records, and coordinate corrective work. Responsibilities also include completing testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training, and client acceptance. The role requires tracing assigned work to RFP scope, reviewing solicitation materials, preparing technical inputs and work products, and coordinating with various project workstreams. Maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records, and escalating blockers are also key aspects of this position.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing Boiler Installation and Construction Supervisor responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shutdowns, demolition, installation, trades, school-site logistics, schedule, startup, and field records.
Complete site or receiving readiness, mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, material, equipment, and outage coordination.
Execute and document the assigned installation, construction, maintenance, shipping, receiving, or field-service activities to the approved requirements.
Maintain daily production, labor, material, custody, safety, inspection, issue, and change records; coordinate required corrective work.
Complete testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training or demonstrations, and client acceptance.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
