About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Trenchless Construction and Safety Supervisor for an upcoming project opportunity: City of Havelock, 2026 Trenchless Gravity Sewer Line Repair. This role involves executing the core responsibilities related to trenchless construction and safety oversight for the project.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing Trenchless Construction and Safety Supervisor responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Execute the Trenchless Construction and Safety Supervisor scope for City of Havelock, 2026 Trenchless Gravity Sewer Line Repair.
Coordinate crews, traffic and site controls, bypass operations, confined-space safety, daily production, restoration, and field reporting.
Complete site or receiving readiness, mobilization, access, safety, sequencing, material, equipment, and outage coordination.
Execute and document the assigned installation, construction, maintenance, shipping, receiving, or field-service activities to the approved requirements.
Maintain daily production, labor, material, custody, safety, inspection, issue, and change records; coordinate required corrective work.
Complete testing, punch-list resolution, reconciliation, turnover documentation, training or demonstrations, and client acceptance.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
