About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation Engineer for an upcoming project opportunity: City of Havelock, 2026 Trenchless Gravity Sewer Line Repair. This role involves developing rehabilitation methods, lining and repair specifications, bypass assumptions, constructability controls, and engineering submittals. The engineer will trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence. They will also review official solicitation materials and addenda, document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions. Additionally, the role requires preparing role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence. Coordination with various workstreams and maintaining status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience performing Trenchless Sewer Rehabilitation Engineer responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
