About The Position

DelMar Aerospace Corporation is seeking an EFB Program Manager to run the B-52H Wing and Operations Group EFB program at Minot AFB. The position administers EFB devices, maintains publication currency, and manages the security directives that govern the program. Performance is measured against defined standards: safety-of-flight publications must be ready within 24 hours of notification, other publication changes within three duty days, software updates must be initiated within two duty days of availability, and no more than 10 percent of devices may be out of date. It includes administration of ForeFlight, EUSA computers, publications across multiple platforms, WiFi connectivity, hardware accountability, budgets, audits, and sustainment planning. The position works with the Resource Advisor, squadron EFB managers, AFGSC personnel, the ISP, and other stakeholders, and may perform Stan Eval administrative duties as needed. This is an onsite, full-time position at Minot AFB, North Dakota, working 1,880 hours per year over 47 weeks. Core hours are typically eight hours per day, five days per week, as set by the Contracting Officer's Representative. Around exercises and holidays, the duty day may shift, with a maximum of nine hours and 48 hours' notice of known changes. The position is contingent on contract award and has a base period followed by four one-year option periods. The anticipated start is on or about November/December 2026. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
