Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
  • Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, electrical panels, sensors, relays, and mechanical components.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime, including weekends if needed.
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred.
  • Must be able to work multiple shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CMMS systems; eMaint experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of robotic or automated equipment maintenance.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training, including lockout/tagout, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
  • Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely to support consistent product quality.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production lines, including replacing sensors, motors, drives, and contacts as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, run power and ethernet lines, and work with high-voltage equipment safely.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas in compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to minimize downtime and achieve production goals.
