About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely to support consistent product quality. The Electro-Mechanic Maintenance will diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production lines, troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, and work with high-voltage equipment safely. The position requires maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas, collaborating with team members to minimize downtime, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance role.
Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, electrical panels, sensors, relays, and mechanical components.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime, including weekends if needed.
Must be able to work multiple shifts.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field preferred.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) a plus.
Bilingual – English and Spanish preferred.
Experience with CMMS systems; eMaint experience a plus.
Knowledge of robotic or automated equipment maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Follow all plant safety guidelines and complete required safety training, including lockout/tagout, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely to support consistent product quality.
Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production lines, including replacing sensors, motors, drives, and contacts as needed.
Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems, run power and ethernet lines, and work with high-voltage equipment safely.
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to minimize downtime and achieve production goals.
Actively participate in a supportive team environment that values safety, quality, and productivity.
Contribute to a positive workplace culture and uphold company values.
Other duties as assigned.
