About The Position

As an ARMO Tech – Electro Mech II, you will be responsible for performing assembly, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency by following established procedures and utilizing advanced testing and diagnostic tools. In this role, you will contribute to operational excellence by applying your technical expertise in electro-mechanical systems, performing precision assembly and troubleshooting tasks, and supporting continuous improvement in maintenance practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and adherence to safety standards.

Requirements

  • Technical Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical fields
  • 2+ years of maintenance-related experience in electro-mechanical functions, or at least 2 years of relevant industrial experience (such as airline, military, oilfield, automotive, or electronics)
  • Working knowledge of fluid power technology, AC/DC circuits, and electro-mechanical devices
  • Proficiency in using oscilloscopes and other testing instruments
  • Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and safety
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced soldering and assembly of electro-mechanical devices
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and parts lists
  • Follow formal procedures and maintenance practices to ensure compliance and quality
  • Utilize diagnostic tools such as multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers, and oscilloscopes
  • Operate measurement and gauging equipment to ensure precision and accuracy
  • Support troubleshooting and repair of electro-mechanical systems and components
  • Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, testing, and repair activities
  • Use computer systems for reporting, tracking, and operational support
