Electricians Wanted – Texas Data Center Construction (Long-Term)
About The Position
Tarpon Specialty Services is recruiting commercial and industrial electricians for long-term data center electrical construction projects across Texas. These are heavy-hour projects with multiple sites in progress, offering continuous work for qualified electricians. The company is looking for electricians from Wichita Falls, Burkburnett, Iowa Park, Vernon, Graham, Bowie, and the surrounding North Texas / Southern Oklahoma region. Experience in industrial plants, military installations, refineries, hospitals, power generation, and large commercial projects is encouraged, with data center experience being a strong plus but not mandatory for all roles.
Requirements
- Current Texas electrical license or registration
- Verifiable electrical construction experience
- Ability to pass project hiring and site requirements
- Willingness to travel and work overtime and extended schedules
- Reliable vehicle and dependable attendance
- Safety-minded, quality-driven

Responsibilities
- Bending, running, and supporting conduit (EMT, rigid/IMC, PVC)
- Installing cable tray, raceway, wire, and cable pulls, and performing terminations
- Working with switchgear, distribution equipment, transformers, and panels
- Performing grounding and bonding
- Installing UPS, generators, and backup-power systems
- Working with motor controls, control wiring, low-voltage, and fiber optics
- Reading and interpreting prints, one-lines, and electrical drawings
- Participating in testing, commissioning, and startup
