About The Position

As a vital member of our electrical team, you will work collaboratively alongside experienced professionals and forward-thinking managers. You’ll have the opportunity to maintain and service a wide range of electrical components at our diverse locations, including high-tech plants, advanced scale houses, and our mechanic shop. You will take on the challenge of working with robust 480-volt equipment, execute assigned tasks and projects with precision, and take ownership of creating and maintaining a safe work environment. You will also assist with general labor duties when required, maintain regular and reliable attendance, and take on other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid state motor vehicle permit for operating carts and forklift trucks during installations.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be 18+ years of age.
Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and criminal background check required.
Strict compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
Commitment to full OSHA/MSHA compliance always.
Expertise in precision work with minimal tolerances.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.

Nice To Haves

Three to five years of progressively responsible experience as an electrician preferred but not an absolute requirement.
