Electrician - TS Resort Facilities
About The Position
Turning Stone Enterprises is seeking a skilled Electrician for its resort facilities team. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems and equipment rated up to 600 volts, with a focus on safe, code-compliant operation. The role also includes helping ensure proper installation and operation of motors, drives, lights, and other electrical equipment, and may involve mentoring others. The position offers a day shift from Tuesday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a starting pay range of $23 to $28.75 per hour. Requirements
- 1–3 years of related work experience.
- High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma.
- Valid New York State driver’s license.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with diplomacy and objectivity.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift 41–50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Repair electrical switchgear, motors, lights, and other electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment malfunctions.
- Help ensure electrical systems comply with applicable codes and operate safely.
- Ensure the proper installation and operation of motors, drives, lights, and other electrical equipment.
- Assist with the repair and installation of electrical equipment and fixtures rated at 600 volts and under, as directed.
