About The Position

The Electrician performs electrical maintenance, repair, and installation of building electrical equipment and systems. The role includes using multimeters and electrical diagnostic testing techniques, responding to work orders through the Mobile TMA Go dispatching and recording system, completing installations and repairs in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and carrying out preventive maintenance. The Electrician helps maintain safe equipment operation and minimize downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Proficiency in the proper use of a multimeter and electrical diagnostic testing techniques on electrical components.
Proficiency with Mobile TMA Go and work-order dispatching and recording procedures.
Ability to complete assigned work received electronically, verbally, or in writing.
Knowledge of electrical installations and repairs in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Responsibilities

Perform electrical maintenance, repair, and installation of building electrical equipment and systems.
Use multimeters and electrical diagnostic testing techniques on electrical components.
Receive, dispatch, and record work orders through Mobile TMA Go, following operating procedures for routine and emergency assignments.
Complete assigned tasks received electronically, verbally, or in writing.
Perform electrical installations and repairs for facilities and related equipment in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Carry out preventive maintenance, including inspections, cleaning, and adjustments of electrical equipment.
Ensure equipment is maintained safely.
Help minimize downtime through proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.
