About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 4–8 years of relevant experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. This is a remote position in the USA. Candidates must have valid US work authorization. Green Card holders and H-4 EAD holders are welcome; OPT candidates are not eligible. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Experience in business requirements gathering and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
- Proficiency in stakeholder communication and requirements documentation.
- Experience in process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Valid US work authorization. OPT candidates are not eligible.
- No visa sponsorship is available.
