About The Position

The Electrician Foreperson directs employees and crews and is accountable for their crew’s work. The foreperson reviews and interprets drawings and specifications, instructs skilled mechanics to ensure work meets requirements, and remains familiar with assigned work and the jobsite safety plan. The role enforces safe practices, conducts safety training, and ensures that work meets or exceeds applicable standards. Responsibilities also include planning work; preparing and submitting timesheets, safety reports, quality and quantity reports, and other required reports; motivating employees; and supporting the immediate supervisor in effectively performing their duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the industrial construction or maintenance industry.

Nice To Haves

• NCEER Certified Plus.
• Supervisory experience.
