About The Position

The Electrician Foreperson directs employees and crews and is accountable for their work. The role involves reviewing and interpreting drawings and specifications, instructing skilled mechanics, and ensuring work meets or exceeds standards. The foreperson must understand and enforce the jobsite safety plan, conduct safety training, plan assigned work, motivate employees, and support their immediate supervisor. The position also prepares and submits timesheets, safety reports, quality and quantity reports, and other required reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of industrial construction or maintenance industry experience.

• NCEER Certified Plus certification.
• Supervisory experience.
