About The Position

As an Electrical Engineering Intern at Collins Aerospace/RTX, you will work as part of a team to analyze hardware and software test requirements and specifications. You will develop solutions to test issues and identify productivity and efficiency improvements. The role involves working with test technicians, factory operations support, other engineering disciplines, and quality assurance to develop common solutions. The internship provides experience in a production and engineering environment, including operational experience with test equipment and current production in a Consolidated Manufacturing Center. You will also learn to conduct efficiency investigations using CORE methodology to streamline processes and support operational success. This position is primarily onsite in Largo, Florida.

Requirements

Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
Must remain actively enrolled through completion of the internship/co-op session.
U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract.

Nice To Haves

Electrical Engineering classes and laboratory experience during academic career.
Experience working with MS Office tools.
Experience working with electrical engineering lab equipment such as power meters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
