About The Position

The Electrical Systems Validation Engineer will be responsible for validating and verifying Microgrid Power Control Systems (MPCS) and electrical control systems. This role involves developing and executing system-level test plans, validation procedures, and performance analyses. The engineer will perform Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and software validation testing, support new product introduction (NPI) activities, and troubleshoot system issues. Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams is essential. The position requires the use of tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, and CANape for testing and analysis, ensuring system functionality, reliability, and compliance with engineering requirements. Documentation of test results, findings, and recommendations is crucial for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in controls, validation, or systems engineering.
  • Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and product development.

Responsibilities
