About The Position

The Electrical Service Manager oversees daily operations, customer satisfaction, and support for technicians handling electrical service calls for commercial and industrial customers. The role is responsible for workflow scheduling, team development, and client relationship management, while helping deliver high-quality service and contribute to the growth of the service department.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in electrical service, with supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
Ability to manage multiple service calls, customer needs, and technician scheduling.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with field service management software.

Responsibilities

Manage and dispatch a team of field service technicians for electrical jobs.
Oversee project timelines, quality control, and customer communication.
Act as a liaison between customers, contractors, and internal departments.
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to company standards.
Assist with estimating, quoting, and reviewing service contracts.
Develop and coach team members for long-term success.
Monitor KPIs and contribute to department growth targets.
