About The Position

The Electrical Engineering Senior Supervisor supervises and executes governance of electrical engineering standards, applications, gaps, solutions, and measurements to improve production quality, efficiency, and volume. The role leads a team responsible for electrical engineering activities that support strategic growth projects and organizational capabilities, providing engineering leadership. The position is located in Fort Dodge, Kansas, and relocation assistance is provided. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
At least five years of related work experience.

Nice To Haves

Licensed Journeyman Electrician or Certified Electrician.
SAP knowledge.
Experience with technical gap assessment and solution identification.
Ability to translate highly technical information for audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
Two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to ensure electrical engineering standards, policies, procedures, and job aids comply with regulatory requirements and align with global, regional, and industry standards.
Monitor and execute accountability measures and reporting mechanisms for performance against corporate benchmarks, and promote effective use and integrity of automated tools and systems.
Implement the tactical development and delivery oversight of electrical engineering vision, direction, and strategy.
Supervise and promote electrical engineering programs and policies globally and regionally.
Analyze performance, recommend areas for improvement, implement solutions, and determine acceptable risk tolerance.
Oversee advanced support for electrical engineering deliverables in capital projects.
Lead and develop a team, including coaching and making talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary decisions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
