Development, implementation, and management of data to produce valuable key performance indicators for a portfolio of large projects

Development of effective integrated project scheduling reports, cost reporting, and forecasting for multiple projects

Critical path reviews for projects to support Project Engineers

Control of project permitting logistical and construction administration compliance for projects

Assurance of internal team project support resourcing through two-week look-ahead reviews

Presents schedule and budget status reports to Project Engineering Team and Department Leaders

Creates and maintains an integrated project schedule tracking document for all active and developing Infra Electrical projects

Analyzes and evaluates schedule management involving the critical path method of scheduling techniques, estimating, project cost management, forecasting, and document control
