Responsibilities
Requirements
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry
- Knowledge of environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, particle levels, airborne molecular contamination, and organic contamination
- Familiarity with monitoring the quality of incoming utilities to wafer processing equipment
- Ability to lead and manage a team of engineers
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in reporting and maintaining project status
- Financial reporting experience
- Ability to create executive management presentations

- B.S. degree in a technical field required
- Minimum 2 years of engineering leadership preferred
- Safety, Quality, and Environmental mindset
- Strong technical background in semiconductor processing preferred
- Solid data analysis skills using intermediate statistical methods
- Clear and concise communication in both written and verbal
- Good presentation skills with the ability to tailor to the audience
- Capable of being a liaison between fab engineering departments and facility departments
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to deal with ambiguity
