About The Position

Axia Electric is seeking a highly talented Electrical Preconstruction Manager. This challenging position will provide an excellent growth opportunity while improving the infrastructure of various western US States. This role is not just about building estimates—it is about shaping how projects are won, planned, and delivered. You will play a critical role in driving project success from concept through construction by aligning cost, schedule, constructability, and risk into a clear and executable path forward. At Axia, we are problem solvers. Creative thinkers. Innovators. We approach each project with fresh ideas and big thinking in pursuit of better answers, better outcomes, and better experiences for our clients. We are resourceful, nimble and resilient. We work hard together—and with our clients—to deliver high-quality projects that are on time, on budget and beyond expectations. Axia Electric headquartered in Irvine, California, is a leader in heavy civil and industrial electrical construction, serving public and private owners across water/wastewater, transportation, transit, renewable energy, and power generation markets. Over the past decade, Axia team has grown tremendously, securing major projects, including the $350 million North City Pure Water Facility in San Diego and the $235 million EVMWD Regional Water Reclamation Facility Expansion Project in Lake Elsinore, CA. We specialize in complex, large-scale systems requiring deep expertise in power distribution, instrumentation & controls, and integrated commissioning. Why Join Axia? At Axia Electric, preconstruction is a strategic driver of project success—not a support function.
