RQ Construction is currently hiring an experienced Electrical Preconstruction Manager to support the team. The position will be based out of the Jacksonville, Florida office in a hybrid capacity. This role oversees the development and coordination of electrical scopes from the early design phase through project handoff to operations, ensuring systems are clearly defined, well-coordinated, buildable, and aligned with overall project objectives. The position plays a key role in directing electrical preconstruction efforts, including reviewing scopes, coordinating design elements, developing schedules and budgets, engaging subcontractors, planning procurement strategies, identifying risks, and preparing projects for execution. You will work closely with Estimating, Design, Operations, and Project Executive teams to ensure all electrical components are complete, coordinated, and ready for construction, while supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. This role may also assist the Electrical Department Leader with additional responsibilities as needed.
