This role is generally responsible for planning and scheduling heavy industrial engineering projects, monitoring project costs, and/or estimating projects. The work will be performed under minimal supervision. Primary responsibilities will include developing and generating Work Order plans involving multiple steps specializing in electrical equipment installation and maintenance, developing replacement scope of works for electrical equipment retrofit, and developing replacement in kind for obsolete instruments. The role also involves developing wiring runs to meet all electrical specifications for the site, developing budgetary estimates for instrument replacement and wiring runs, and utilizing Low & Medium Voltage experience and knowledge for completing repairs and developing replacement materials for electrical scope of work. Additionally, the Electrical Planner will develop steps, schedules, and quality requirements for electrical scope, and demonstrate fluency with cost reduction efforts, challenging vendor costs to develop the most cost-effective repair options.
