About The Position

Skillforce is hiring entry-level Electrical Helpers / Wire Pullers for an upcoming construction project in North Phoenix, Arizona. The project is expected to last approximately 3–4 months, and pay is up to $23 per hour depending on experience. Candidates interested in gaining commercial electrical experience are encouraged to apply; candidates with residential electrical experience or less than six months of electrical experience are also encouraged to apply.

The primary responsibility is pulling and routing low-voltage electrical wire and cable. Helpers will also support experienced electricians and onsite supervisors with material handling, basic installation tasks, safe use of hand tools, and jobsite organization and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous electrical experience is a plus.
• Residential electrical experience is accepted.
• Ability to perform physical construction work, including pulling wire, standing, bending, and lifting materials.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to the North Phoenix jobsite.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must meet project security and badging requirements.
• Candidates must have their own hard hat, work boots, safety glasses, safety vest, work gloves, and basic electrical hand tools.

Nice To Haves

• OSHA 10 preferred.
• Previous electrical experience, including residential electrical experience, is a plus.

Responsibilities
