Electrical Helper / Wire Puller – Entry Level
About The Position
Skillforce is hiring entry-level Electrical Helpers / Wire Pullers for an upcoming construction project in North Phoenix, Arizona. The role is intended for dependable candidates interested in gaining commercial electrical experience; residential electrical experience or less than six months of electrical experience is accepted. The project is expected to last approximately 3–4 months, and pay is up to $23 per hour depending on experience. The primary responsibility is pulling and routing low-voltage electrical wire and cable. The position also supports electricians with materials handling and basic installation tasks while following instructions and jobsite safety requirements.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous electrical experience is a plus.
- Residential electrical experience is accepted.
- Ability to perform physical construction work, including pulling wire, standing, bending, and lifting materials.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the North Phoenix jobsite.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must meet project security and badging requirements.
- Candidates must have their own hard hat, work boots, safety glasses, safety vest, work gloves, and basic electrical hand tools.
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 preferred.
- Previous electrical experience.
Responsibilities
- Pull and route low-voltage electrical wire and cable.
- Assist with organizing, staging, and handling electrical materials.
