About The Position

As an Electrical Installation Foreman, you will lead electrical installation activities at customer job sites. The role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget while providing hands-on leadership to installation teams. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, diligent, and experienced in coordinating and carrying out complex electrical work in a fast-paced jobsite environment. This role requires 100% travel to customer sites across the United States. Work takes place on large construction sites that may have varying climates and environments. The position requires physical activity including lifting at least 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking. The estimated base pay range is $36,000 to $72,000. Final compensation will depend on factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States; travel to customer sites is 100%.
High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
Strong safety awareness and dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push, pull, squat, crawl, and walk at extensive building projects in various climates.
Effective communication skills and ability to take direction from supervision.
Valid driver’s license required.
