About The Position

As an Electrical Installation Foreman, you will lead electrical installation activities at customer job sites. The role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget while providing hands-on leadership to installation teams. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, diligent, and experienced in coordinating and carrying out complex electrical work in a fast-paced jobsite environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lead a crew of 10–15 installers.
• Ability to run a small project with up to 10 installers for 1–3 weeks.
• Proficiency with conveyor subsystem layout electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in wire pulling and cable layout, including ASI, E-net, and other communications cabling.
• Good working knowledge of the NEC.
• Ability to motivate and direct others in an efficient and respectable manner.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to take direction.
• Ability to mentor subordinates professionally and train and coach them.
