About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead an electrical crew on commercial and industrial solar installations in the Phoenix, Arizona market. The role is the first line of leadership for electricians and apprentices in the field, with responsibility for daily production, quality, and safety on assigned projects. The foreman coordinates with the Project Manager and the Tempe warehouse to keep the crew supplied and on schedule. The company is expanding into solar projects across Arizona and beyond, delivering renewable energy systems for commercial and industrial clients. Pay is $35.00–$40.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Arizona Journeyman Electrician license with crew leadership experience.
Expertise in commercial and/or solar electrical installation.
Knowledge of the NEC, electrical safety practices, and inspection requirements.
Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a crew while driving results.
Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working on active construction sites, with strong attention to safety and detail.
Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 30-hour certification.

Responsibilities

Lead daily crew production against the project schedule.
Enforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and exercise stop-work authority.
Ensure installation quality and compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other applicable codes; support inspections.
Coordinate material and equipment needs with the warehouse and Project Manager.
Coach and develop crew members, providing immediate corrective feedback in the field.
Maintain accurate job-site documentation and report progress, issues, and risks to the Director of Projects.
