About The Position

As an Electrical Installation Foreman, you will lead electrical installation activities at customer job sites. The role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical installations on time and within budget while providing hands-on leadership to installation teams. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, diligent, and experienced in coordinating and carrying out complex electrical work in a fast-paced jobsite environment. The base pay range is estimated to be $49,600–$68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Requirements

At least an OSHA 30 certification.
Proficiency with conveyor subsystem layout electrical drawings.
Proficiency in wire pulling and cable layout, including ASI, E-net, and other communications cabling.
Good working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
Ability to lead a crew of 10–15 installers and run a small project with up to 10 installers for 1–3 weeks.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to motivate, direct, mentor, train, and coach subordinates in a professional manner.
Willingness to take direction.
