Join our Rockville, MD-based team as an Engineering - Electrical Engineer specializing in Mixed Signal Digital Design for cutting-edge aerospace and space-borne platforms. You'll drive the creation and verification of high-speed digital printed-wire assemblies crucial to satellite radar and communication systems operating at P-Band and S-Band frequencies. Requirements

• 15 years’ experience in electrical engineering, with significant focus on mixed-signal digital design
• Deep expertise in high-speed digital circuits for aerospace and satellite communications
• Mastery of Altium Designer for PCB layout and manufacturability
• Strong understanding of IPC PCB standards
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor technical teams
• US Citizenship (due to project requirements)

Nice To Haves

• TS/SCI security clearance
• Experience with space-borne or CubeSat hardware development
• Prior leadership in multi-disciplinary engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and verification of high-speed digital PW assemblies for space and aerospace applications
• Oversee projects involving P-Band (225–390 MHz), S-Band (2.4 GHz), and other satellite frequencies
• Apply advanced digital design techniques and ensure adherence to IPC PCB standards
• Utilize Altium Designer (eCAD) to develop manufacturable PCB layouts
• Mentor and support junior mixed-signal PCB designers
• Champion best-in-class design practices and continuous improvement initiatives
